My first time at The Station Bar, a VERY Cool place on the water in the Hamptons. It’s the CASUAL place.  Expect Good time people, chilling out..not a haughty bunch and a 35 dollar cover!!

  If you weren’t looking for Station Bar you’d drive right past it. It’s a tiny bar right on the canal with ample outdoor seating and a pretty decent food menu. Any time I’m here on a busy night I’m always shocked at how one small bar (and I’m assuming tiny kitchen) manage to get everyone fed and served. I will say that depending on what kind of night you go here (especially during the summer) you’re probably going to experience a bit of a wait to get a drink — and may not even find yourself a seat for quite some time. But the crowd here is some of the nicest I’ve encountered. If someone sees you standing and are about to head out, they’ll not only give you the heads up, but also introduce you to everyone else they were sitting around so that you feel welcomed in. A nice spot to grab a drink during sunset in the warmer month
