“Billy’s on the Bay is just what you are looking for in a working marina. It’s no frills, just good cold drinks, fresh seafood and a view of the marina. The casual atmosphere is laid back. They have live music on the weekends. It’s just a fun spot to relax and enjoy the summer. ”

“We ate at Billy’s our first night in Greenport. It is a nice little restaurant at the Marina. The lobster roll was amazing, so much lobster it was falling out and the cocktails were delicious. We met and spoke with the owner. Great place”

“Good food, good service, nice views of boats at the harbor. Lobster salad was exactly that — a lot of lobster. Fried clams also not bad, but could’ve been plumper. Outdoor restaurant, so some folks think that their kids should be allowed to run and scream; some adults at the bar also needed to find their “indoor voices,” but the restaurant can’t be blamed for this. It will, however, close for inclement weather, so check before you go. Would like to return, after tourist season. Reasonable prices, for the area.”

We Love playing Billy’s by the bay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
